Looks great. I've tried many of your recipes with very good results, looking forward to better weather to try this. Please post the recipe for the dough. The link only goes to overall directions and the pickled peppers recipe. Thanks

That's the crunch I'm looking for. Chicagoan here. I started making pizza last year. Using a home oven on a pizza steel. For summer months I bought a Roccbox. My pizzas in the Roccbox aren't nearly as crispy as they are after baking 12--14 minutes at 550°F on a steel. (It's funny how a pizza oven complicates things rather than simplify.) I'll give this par baked nonsense a try next time. Anyway...I've subsequently ordered a Gozney ARC XL. 11 days now, and it still hasn't shipped. Sure hope it's worth the wait!
