A full rescue in 2 minutes is not realistic. This would probably take an hour to free him.

The rescue was actually quite realistic, apart from the medic screaming at the patient, that would be a no-go, and safety gear must always be on (at least helmet, pants and gloves). You would probably also try to get an emeegency doctor asap to the emergency to get him pain-killing meds, and also cut the bloodstream off of that arm

I guess is a common accident. Just different resolves depending on the country and year. My dad helped a kid to not loose his arm in a similar machine . The arm of the kid was between rollers in a machine that bakers use. The firefighters wanted to cut the child arm to save him but my father refused he said he could disarm the machine fast and he did since he had a loot of tools. That was in around 2000. Mexico. The firefighters weren’t like in that movie. The kid is now a grown up , and he hace is arm. So i guess everything worked fine in the end. But man i still remember the mom of the kid crying wen they told her about that.

The victim's arm was total crushed between the rollers such that doctors were called to cone to the scene and separate the crushed part by cutting before transferring the victim to hospital. у нас так наладчику руку не оторвало на конвейере , парниша который рядом был на ураганной скорости успел добежать то щитка и обрубить питание. еще секунда и по самое плечо зажевало бы. но обошлось . народу набежало и медики и инженер по охране труда с директором. наладчика потом уволили , но руку сохранил правда без трех пальцев. примерно также было как в фильме , пока слесаря извлекали руку медик с нач цеха успокаивали его , чтоб он на руку не смотрел , напряжение эмоциональное такое же было

@@ccharmolypi Some old worker reached over a lathe without turning it off; it grabbed his sleeve and pulled his arm in, breaking it; then gradually pulled in the man's shoulder, chest, etc. breaking everything, until his body was so broken that it would just spin on the lathe, spraying chunks of his flesh all around the workshop. In 20 seconds he was gone, all that was left was a red paste on the floor and a piece of his arm still left on the machine. Nasty was to go, and he was probably conscious throughout much of it.
