Hey Mike, are you running the weighted stacker on the front rod at 10:24 and the the rod straight back on the ball? Always trying to come up with a way to configure it with my outriggers. Yeah and I have to pedal as well... LOL
@ChiCityYaker7 ай бұрын
I don’t use any stackers. Just the center rod is the rigger rod. The side rods are either torpedo weight or lead core.

What’s the maximum wind speed and wave height that you would venture out there for you?
@ChiCityYaker7 ай бұрын
Winds gotta be under 10mph and under 2’ for offshore for me, ideally.

You definitely have mastered your skills thank you for sharing your day on the lake! Tight lines and take care! How deep are you to catch those fish at and the temperature of the water?❤

Question for you Michael - is your torpedo just detaching from the clip and sliding down to the swivel at the leader? I see on other videos that your clip holds and you detach the torpedo and then fight the fish for the final 30 ft without the torpedo. Which way have you had the most success with?
@ChiCityYaker7 ай бұрын
Correct, it pops and slides down to the bead. You're probably watching very old video's where I pulled it off the line. I stopped doing that once I found the clips that I now use. Both systems work just fine, I think it comes to preference in whichever system you decide to go with
