Chick-fil-A has excellent customer service. One Saturday evening, I placed my order at the drive-thru. There were five (5) cars in front of me. I waited in line patiently, because the place was very busy. Then, a friendly young woman walked out the back door of the restaurant. She addressed me by name and said, "You're order was ready, and we didn't want you to have to wait." She handed me my order, which was completed perfectly. I drove pass the other 5 cars and headed home. I have never been treated with so much respect by a restaurant. They really do treat their customers with the same respect as they would the president. Chick-fil-A won my loyalty that evening!

Do any of them need a job?" I was too young and my older brother was already employed. My brother between us took the offer and worked for Chick-fil-A for a number of years. Years later, I managed the one in Dalton at the mall. Other members of my family have worked for them. I went to high school with Dan, Bubba, and Trudie. I still have Dan's campaign button that says. We have a new one recently (and yes, it too is very busy - but the location is easier) - we both have commented in the superior food and service - so many other fast food type places are getting so truly stupid with lazy workers, wrong orders, etc. % it’s very nice to go eat where people are truly happy to work there. I love the original nuggets and my husband gets the grilled ones - got a chicken sandwich this last week and really enjoyed it. There was a chic fil a at my college ,and for a month when you bought a chicken sandwich, you got a coupon for a free sandwich if you filled an online survey. Long story short, I bought one sandwich and got free chicken sandwich’s for a month

Ate at a Chick-fil-A for the first time today, in Covington, WA. The #1 was tasty but I miss mayo on the bun. Yes, there was a line and I've seen faster service elsewhere, but overall a positive experience.

I remember going to Texas as an 11 year old kid and saw my first chic fil a restaurant outside of mall. Mind blowing 🤯

I remember doing a Chick-fil-A lunch with coworkers weekly in the mid 80s in Charlotte. I still go to them occasionally. I always remove the pickles and add BBQ sauce. Still the same great taste.

I had never heard of this chain until I moved to the Midwest. I didn’t understand the hype. Folks are nuts for these sandwiches and the location traffic proves it, during all operating hours. They’re quite an operation! Great product, too! Need to not have fried chicken all that often, but I’d walk past any KFC, or Church’s a dozen times for Chick - Fil - A

My first ever Chick-Fil-A was at Greenbrier Mall. My first cousin worked there. I'd estimate that was around 1969!

i remember when i was a kid, that was one of the few reasons that i would want to go to a shopping mall. the water fountains, arcades, and chick-fil-A. for the most part, you could only find them in shopping malls back in the 80's and 90's. now, it would be highly unlikely to find a chick-fil-a in a shopping mall.

I think it's great their closed on Sundays. The only other business I can think of that's closed on Sundays is a grocery store called Ukrops when they were around.

There has not been a Chik-Fil-A on Pasco County since 1989. The only one closed at Gulfview Mall that year.

When you know how all the other fast food joints operate, it's a real disgrace that they got so much flak just because the owner supported his church. Funny, but the only other really good place--In n Out--is also Christian and family owned. I'm not a Christian, but I have to respect that. Glad the public saw the light and set itself free to enjoy the sandwiches. We don't have to all go along with anyone's religion, whether traditional or secular. A bully is a bully, and the end doesn't justify the means.

It also shows that a lot of people finally realized that "religion" is based on a mythological character -- like Harry Potter, the Lone Ranger, Superman ....
