Yes!!!!!!! Thank you for not messing it up like the chefs I’ve seen from uncle roger!!! Only things I don’t fully agree with, but some Filipinos might like is the cane sugar; and onions!! In my eyes onions don’t go in adobo, maybe onions MIGHT work in pork adobo; but not in chicken!! Although overall as a Filipino I thank you for respecting our food!!

Thank you! I try my best to honor the recipes I make, but sometimes a) ingredients are hard to impossible to get in europe b) i mix and match to suite my palette but i usually declare that in the videos (like i did here with the vinegar). I'm not sure whether onions are traditional or no, my pinoy friend said to me it's fine. And for me they add a tooooon of umami flavor~
