Forgot to add this part in but I baked the chicken in the oven on 350 degrees for 15-20 mins. Or until the chicken has an internal temp of 165 degrees

I made this yesterday but smoked the chicken before shredding and then baked the dish in the smoker. It would be great on it's own but doing it with the smoker was a game changer! Thanks for the recipe!
