STUFFED PASTA SHELLS INGREDIENTS:
►20 jumbo pasta shells, cooked to package instructions
►1/2 medium onion, chopped
►3 garlic cloves, minced
►1 tsp salt, divided
►1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper, divided
►1/4 tsp dried oregano
►3 cups marinara sauce
►15 oz ricotta cheese
►1 large egg
►1/3 cup parmesan cheese

@@daniellegrandpa Hi Danielle! Did you make sure all the excess water was out of each pasta shell; it is supposed to be a little juicy. What I did was uncover the dish towards the end and you can broil under the broiler for a couple of minutes to a golden brown. That will help take any extra liquid out, but not dry it out. Hope this helps.

Hi Natasha, there are only two cooking channels I watch, naturally one is yours. I'm a grown man and watching your son's delight with your cooking reminds me of me with my late mother who passed away 12 weeks ago. I always started to salivate the moment she said what she was going to cook. I could never eat just one portion of her cooking, always seconds at least! I would happily cook for her and she always complemented me, saying she taught me well but I always found that my cooking was lacking something even though she denied it.
