Mmm luv spinich I do my coffee the same as you the night before after dinner I do the coffee an pull out any frozen meats/fish I plan on cookn the next day I dont have time to meal prep 😅makes my life eassier to have it rdy to cook thanx for the vlogs we enjoy watchn while we eat dinner 😊👍

I’m just surprised at some of the ingredients used together, I couldn’t imagine how they taste combined. Have you ever tried going to a cooking class? Some are free? I’m not trying to be mean or rude I’m just asking because the look on Guinea pigs face sometimes… shaking his head like nope! I’m glad you eat it though, I just never seen any of those things added together before?
