We all have a version, right? I'm not a fan of ranch so I do blue cheese (store-bought) dressing and add chopped dried cranberries and apples. I omit nuts bc of the kids but it's great with walnuts.

Yes!! Homemade is best but I have used Suddenly Salad bacon ranch and added more bacon!!! Lol

Yes! LOL! If you saw my stack of dishes from doing back-to-back recipes you'd totally understand my need to fight through it and NOT dirty another bowl! LOL I should have mixed it right in the pot I cooked the pasta in.

What vegetable can you substitute for the cucumber instead of just leaving it out. Can you sub a zucchini instead.

I wouldn’t unless you really like raw zucchini. Tomatoes would be good.
