CHICKEN BLOOD RICE

Cooking the giblets and the blood of animals was a common place practice in the medieval times, more so amongst the plebe. Today apart from some known delicacies like black pudding, faggot, etc. cooking with blood is no longer a common practice in modern cuisines.
