Wow. I don't speak his language, yet I understood this better than most of the cooking videos I have seen in my language. Great video! He definitely speaks the language of food.

if you do not have oven, you can also try wrapping it in foil wraps and steaming it first before rolling it to bread crumbs then frying it. don't forget to dry the cordon bleu into a table napkin/paper towels to remove the oil. :)

nice, my husband was always asking me to do this but i don't have the courage to try it, because his mom's chicken cordon bleu is very good, but now i guess i can do it, salamat panlasangpinoy!

panlasangpinoy is the name of the channel as you can see, pinoy in the word mean Filipino, therefore he mixes English with the Tagalog or Philippine language

im a filipino and i almost made all the cooking style and ingredients u show in your videos.. despite all my efforts performing the dishes u show us i honestly say that the outcome of everything i cook was totally delicious and great !!! it really fills my tummy with great and balance calories and fat , but how come if i take a shit in the cr everything is dark and grim ! and.. its totally cold .. i feel the black metal air surrounding the room with the emptiness bursting from within .

when cooking, baking is my preferred option with a drizzle of oil in a baking dish set the oven to180' cel for about 25-30 minutes, i have played with this stuff for many years and experimenting is the best way. if using beef instead of chicken the beef will look raw on the inside even though it is cooked, this is the salt effect from the ham on the beef, it actually works like corned beef when ham is used on red meat.

Oh right. Thanks. I found it confusing because he's definitely using English at certain parts but not others. It's a sweet little video, and I'd never heard of Tagalog. You could be making that up I'd have no idea, but I trust you.

i shallow fry them and transfer to bake it in terbo cooker..so that some oil come out and the effect is better ! you do not need to use toothpick if you slice your chicken skillfully..to envelope the other side properly.

@shennapa masarap na sauce jan is white sauce... mix ka ng mayonaise, evaporated milk, minced garlic(mejo madami) at parsley or kintchay..ang sarap nyan....

Puwede siyang i bake sa oven pagkatapos mong i fry, make sure na 165F ang temperature ng chicken para siguradong luto na siya. Ginawa ko na ito sa oven and it taste good.

try three step breading procedure. flour, eggwash and bread crumbs, pan sear it for initial browning and into the oven not too long in the oven white meat is faster to cook than dark meat so be careful your meat not to get dry. ill say 10-15 mins in the oven for 350 F consider carry over cooking. :) -not hating just sharing ideas salamat!

tama paprika ang naglalagay ng lasa na may tamis.. kahit sa pritong manok pwede din ang paprika.. sarap nyan diba pwede din prito ang pagkaluto nyan?

kung walang oven deep fry or pan fried nyo lang kahit maging brown lng ng konti den transfer sa non stick pan then lagyan ng parchment paper at ipatong ung chicken then takpan. medium high heat for atleast 15mins sayang kasi ang cheese pg deep fry tlg dhil sa openings..

masarap sia sa chiz sauce.. white sauce kht nga garlic mayo or simply.. kanin na lng bwhahah pra sa mga nag didiet sautéed cabbage or monggo sprout na parang pancit canton ang lu2

@Moose1207 he's a filipino and he's talking tagalog (our national language) because those dishes are commonly cooked by filipinos. just try to follow the video procedures.

Paprika po and nag papasarap sa manok. Madalang yung Paprika sa Pilipinas pero we use Knorr Liquid seasoning sa chicken. But the best talaga yung paprika. :)

people, if u deep fry it, it will only taste of fatty oil and the the cheese which runs out while frying it will get burnt.

@4xuy533 additionally, add salt and pepper to the flour for more flavor. Personally I use thigh, pero smaller portions ang lumalabas.

@cPINAYpie pwedeng i-pan fry... sa pinas naman kasi wala tayong mga oven (well nung lumaki ako doon)... basta any means too cook the chicken will be okay.
