1 chicken breast cubed and seasoned with 2-3 tsp. of Chinese seasoning salt
1 tin of creamed corn
dash of dark soy
2 eggs beaten
3 tbsp. corn starch mixed with 1/4 cup of water
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
salt to taste
chive to garnish
Note: Shrimp wantons, pot-stickers or even wanton skins can be added to this.
