FINALLY!!! found the type of chkn fried rice I was looking for here on Sreenath recipes. The vinegar and the pepper over the rice is DEFINITELY the secret to the success. I didn't realize that the soya sauce etc goes on the chicken and not on the rice.. Thanks Mrs. Sreenath.. you nailed it! Going to check your other chinese recipes.. hope you have more

What we understand is the rice is not cooked properly..

Just a suggestion fry rice also with some oil and spices then rice will not be dry and boil rice till fully cooked . Don't cook till 70 or 80 percent.

Never use capsicum in fried rice. They will become soggy. Best veggies for fried rice are carrots, beans, baby corn, American corn, mushrooms, onions, spring onions, green peas. Veggies to be avoided are capsicum, cabbage. Also use sesame oil drops to enhance the taste.

This is a chicken fried rice not veg fried rice. You put broccoli, mushroom, bean, carrot even you like you can put potatoes, brinjals etc but don’t judge that capsicum makes bad taste. We all like it.
