I need to try this dish. I tend to cook simple recipes outdoors. Beef, noodles, boiled vegetables and potatoes that are simple recipes. I think something like this would be a great change. Thanks for the tip.

Looks like a delicious healthy meal. Did I happen to see an Opinel knife? I just discovered these myself. Wonderfully cheap light duty knives. Nothing tacticool about them, just solid regular work knives. Absolutely beautiful to the hand and eyes.

Gorgeous! Wish I could taste it. It's a 3 day weekend here, Memorial Day, and I've got Icelandic yogurt in the fridge. Think I'll pull out the Trangia 25 and head for the beach. Thanks for the inspiration.
