Saare chef log grama masala aakhir me hi daalte hain...Aisa kyon? Dhaniya aur mirch powder ke saath hi daal dene se kya garam masala jal jaayega?? Maine shaadiyon ka khana bante hue dekha hai usme sab masale ek hi baar daal dete hai. Aur taste to sabko pata hai kitna delicious hota hai..Phir bhi agr aap is dilemma par kuchh jankaari de sake to mujhe kuchh jankaari ho sakegi. Shukriya.

Pahle se dalne se jalta nahi hai..ha jo ek fresh Aroma and flavour upar se dalne me aata hai wo sab masalo ke saath me daalne me nahi aata hai.... Aur jaha tak mai janti hu sadiyon wale korme me bhi wo log ek fresh khade masalo ko kut pis kr upar se daalte hai.... jazakallah ♥️🌺
