I have never commented on cooking videos. And I have started cooking very very recently, just for survival. And today being my off day, I tried this recipe as I had all the ingredients at my home. It took me a total of 1.5 hours. And it was one of the tastiest things I have ever tasted. Such a simple recipe and perfect measurements. Thank you a lot for this one. I made this dish as per the recipe, I'm not gonna lie, it was hot (chilli hot) but also very tasty. Loved it - but I may need to reduce the amount of chilli a bit for our western pallets. I also like the idea of using coconut milk instead of the cream as someone else mentioned. If you make this make also some raita for the side, it's worth it.
