Chicken Malai Handi Recipe!

Chicken Malai Handi,
A dish where chicken is simmered with milk, onion nut paste and spices. Lastly finished with some cream.
INGREDIENTS:
Chicken 700g
Greean Chili Paste 1tbsp
Salt to taste
White pepper 1tsp
Ginger paste 1tsp
Garlic paste 1tsp
Coriander powder 1tsp
Cumin Powder 1tsp
1/4 cup Ghee/ Oil
One medium size Onion
Milk ½cup
Cooking Cream ½cup
Cashew nut powder/Paste 2tbsp
4-5 chopped green chlies
chili oil and red chili flakes for garnishing
