I think of it as soup concentrate and add some stock to thin it out and extend it.

I wish you gave directions on how long you cook it on the stove.

I just heat it up on the stove until it is hot.

Costco’s rotisserie chicken noodle soup is the best! I went to buy some more today (I buy several containers and freeze them; they freeze very well just as is) but discovered their soups are seasonal! Who doesn’t eat soup year ‘round?! That was disappointing. So now I’m on the hunt for the recipe...

I mean their soup is a good start, but after tasting it, i had to add some things: Water…way too thick and salty, plus it almost doubles your soup Onion, garlic and celery Onion and garlic powders Pepper Better than Boullion (1 tablespoon) Few strands of saffron YUM

Yes, sometimes I will add water to thin out the broth and reduce the sodium content. I will have to try adding saffron. That sounds delicious!

Now I know why there are a gazillion people working behind the scenes on those cooking shows. Can anyone say "Mic check?" My mic battery died so I sound like I am in an echo chamber. Where was the mic girl? I was doing everything else!

Great video! I suggest showing or talking about the nutritional information too. A lot of times I avoid certain foods because of sodium levels so it would be nice to know if you happen to review healthy foods.

RadoGado Productions, I usually have all the nutritional information for the foods I review on my website in the picture gallery. In the videos, I will sometimes mention nutritional info for something outstanding, like if the protein content is high or if ingredients are organic. I didn’t post any nutritional information on the soup because it is not listed on the container. The soup is made in house at Costco, so they are not required to label it with the nutritional information. There are several sites online that post the nutritional information of the soup, but they list conflicting amounts so I don’t know which one is reliable. I think most soups have a higher content of sodium unless it is labeled as “reduced sodium.” I don’t care for sodium myself so I will often remove half the broth and replace with water to dilute the sodium content. Thanks for watching and for your comment!

You talk waaaaayyyyyy too much. Just show the recipe already.

There is no recipe. It is a ready made soup from Costco, just heat and serve.

I do not like Costco chicken soup! To much chicken in it was as well to much salt in it! That want the rotisserie chickens leftovers that did not sell end up being!😝

You can take their soup, add water which will extend it because its too thick to begin with, and then I add more onion, celery, garlic, onion and garlic powders, pepper, and boullion, its tastes way better, you get double, and you reduce the sodium by adding the water.

If I find a soup to be too salty or too thick, I will add water like Bev H does.
