You guys are amazing! My father was born and raised in Brooklyn until he was 15 years old when he and his family moved upstate and after 62 years upstate in western New York, he still had his Brooklyn accent! He always said that you can take the person out of Brooklyn, but you can’t take Brooklyn out of the person! His cousins and their kids and my family would visit each other all the time. I remember Alba’s bakery on 18th Avenue and it was the best Italian pastry, bar none! Love all your recipes and stories and how wonderful you both are to your beautiful mother. Being all Italian, I can totally relate to you guys and your humor. My father would have loved watching you guys if he was still with us. We lost him 6 years ago. Keep up the great work Guys! God Bless you and your family.

This looks absolutely delicious! Have you tried using cling wrap and rolling them into cylinders and twisting the end and refrigerating them for 30 min? I’ll do that when I make Chicken Cordon Bleu. No toothpicks or tying needed.

You guys make perfection look easy! This one is a challenge I never made cream sauce but I'll give it a shot. I'm gonna get me some Three Mile Island chicken breasts, they might be big enough for your recipe! God bless you and momma.
@BrooklynBrothersCooking Жыл бұрын
Thanks Rick! When making the cream sauce, be sure to Keegan eye on it and stir it frequently. It can easily boil over and make a huge mess on your stove. It’s happened to us 😳

@@BrooklynBrothersCooking Thanks for the advice I did see your pot getting close to the top and Dom was watching it too. I'll keep a close eye on it.
