Loved this recipe and the entertainment! I just read that Chicago referred to "Eh, Cumpari!" in the song "Saturday in the Park" with the line..."a man selling ice cream, singing Italian songs, Eh, Cumpari! si vo sunari, can you dig it? yes I can!"... Looks delicious! I need someone like you in my life...love your spirit! I have chicken cutlets and prosciutto in my fridge as I speak. Guess what I’m having for dinner tomorrow night??? Well I made your chicken saltimbocca recipe for dinner tonight. Delicious! Followed exactly except added a squirt of lemon at the end. My husband and I were fighting for the fat, sweet cloves of garlic. I may add a few more next time! Thanks for the lovely dinner.
