I love your new stove compared to the ole white one. I could eat all those scallops.I enjoy all the recipes you make and have made many. Capers are a cooks best friend. Good on salmon. Yum. I love how you garden too can’t wait to spring. Love your fig tree and fresh grown herbs.I hope your videos will always live on and stay up. Long ago in your beginning unused to sing more and a little dance whistling and that gets our attention. Wonderful . I can’t imagine after living in Italy you moved to NJ the weather is not always warm here. Not to mention Italy has beauty mens water historical places.
