Chicken Schnitzel | ചിക്കൻ സ്നിറ്റ്സൽ
Schnitzel is a popular German dish. This is made from pounded and breaded chicken breast that are fried till crispy and golden brown. This dish is served with a good salad or Potato fingers / mashed potato . Chicken schnitzel is a delicious , comforting meal.

Chicken breast 2(400g)
Salt 3/4 tsp
Pepper powder 3/4 tsp
Garlic 4
Olive oil 1` tbsp
Flour 3/4 c
Eggs 2
Bread crumbs 3/4 c
Oil for frying
Salad:
Potato 1
Cucumber 1/2 cubed
Onion 1
Tomato 1
Apple 1
Olive oil 2 tbsp(extra virgin)
Lime juice of 1/2 lime
Pepper 1/4 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Honey 3 tsp
