Everyone uses two skewers per roll, but cutting down the center is genius! It makes rolls for four people, but with only the work for two people and everyone gets their food on a skewer for that WOW! presentation! Genius! ❤🌅🌵

Nice one Gennaro, looks beaut. I've used anchovies in a few recipes. They go well with lamb which surprised me when I first tried it. Very versatile ingredient. I'm going to give your porchetta recipe a go this Christmas as well, must have watched and drooled over that video a thousand times 🤣
