Wow, I'm so glad I found this. Have to be careful with that marinade, not to forget and leave chicken in it for too long, because it seemed to start "cooking," ceviche-style, in the 30 minutes. Sounds delicious, though, to brown/cook chicken with those seasonings after marinating it. I would probably use thigh strips, to be sure I don't overcook breast meat. Awesome-looking recipe!
