Refried beans would turn it into a slop. If anything a whole bean but this way it is light and clean. You dont want carb overload.

This looks so good and easy. I laughed when you said "rice estilo huevon" because that's the way my mom did it so that is how I have made it my whole life. LOL! Can I make a suggestion that you toss that pan away that you warmed up the tortillas in. It made so much noise because it was not level. I was surprised because if I am not mistaken, it's a Calphalon pan and those are real good pans. Thank you for the easy recipe.
