This was easy to do and very tasty. Chicken 200c x 20 minutes, rice 180c x 10 minutes
Ingredients
For the wings
Pack of wings. We had 10.
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp
Paprika
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Chilli powder
Chicken seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
For the rice
2 x packs of microwave rice
75 ml soy sauce
Cooked chicken if you have some.
200g frozen peas
1 tbsp cooking oil
1 tbsp sesame oil

I love really spicy food,szechuan sauce is my favourite especially with a char sui pork,I usually use Chinese five spice if I'm making a fakeaway cos I find I don't use up the spices before they are out of date as Carol doesn't like hot spices,I always use microwave rice as it's so versatile ,your meal looks lovely,another great video Graham and Wendy👌👏👏👏

Oh graham and wendy what a lovely dinner i think a lkt of people buy those micro rice they are quick and easy even if you hadnt got chicken wings to cook yku could just have the fried rice with ham in or cook bacon and cut it up and add it to tge fried ricd oreven sausages i think the smoked pork sausagewould go well wjth it love to you both fran ❤xxxx
