There was an issue with the music we used during the egg segment where KZbin says the music is licensed and cannot be used in my video (though we have checked and it was ok to use). Unfortunately we have to mute that portion, i'm sorry!

Hey Lisa, just wanted to tell you that my husband soaks the ribs in vinegar and water for about 15 to 20 minutes before removing the membrane and it comes off much easier.

I had the same issue. I finally got as much off as possible. I just gave up and cooked them because everyone was getting hungry, and it was getting late. Thanks for the tip I will use it next time.

Yes, You Tube has a bad reputation for muting music. I got a video muted, but there was NO music in that portion they muted. I filed a complaint and got it unmuted, as I pay a fee for my music to avoid copyright problems. So, yes. I understand. Great video.

Dear Lisa, you are an amazing teacher & cook making wonderful recipes & explaining the process. Love your language, like, "suck the yummy bits from the bottom" & "bacon & cheese are measured by love" (i normally double both) so you are speaking my language 😋 ❤. For the people having trouble ordering the book. Apparently there are technical issues & the KZbin code isn't working (I'm viewing at 14 hours out) you can still order the book inside the website (the link takes you there) you will see a picture of the new book, click on it & voila its there. I successfully ordered the book...😊Hope this helps

I personally use one of those little egg steamers for hard boiled eggs. Super easy to make fresh and hot for breakfast and once you figure out the right amount of water for the sized eggs, I usually get XL size, you get perfect eggs every time. The measuring cup that comes with it can differ depending on size eggs you have to get result you want, soft or hard boiled. But using instant pot I guess is great for making large batches for a batch of pickled eggs. Thanks great recipes that will definitely try ! 😋 Is you're book available on Amazon and Kindle version?

I find using the air fryer to be much faster for boiling eggs. 13 mins on 130 degrees Celsius and done. You could also go for 12 mins or even less to have a runny yolk. You could also dunk the eggs straight into cold tap water to stop them from getting over cooked after.

Many expats live abroad, myself included (Panama) and don’t have any issues ordering your awesome cookbook from Amazon. We simply use a Miami Florida address, assigned to us by our freight forwarder, the cookbook arrived at the address, and was loaded on a plane bound for Panama City. It was then driven via truck to the forwarding receiver in David, Panama, where I picked it up. Just took two extra days 🤷🏻♀️. Just thought you’d like to know how international viewers obtain your cookbook 🙂
