I made this recipe for dinner tonight. It turned out good, just like his other recipes. I added more garlic and smoked paprika, as these are my favorites. Next time I'll make it, I'll add more cherry tomatoes ( e.g 20 instead of 12 ). The timings from the recipe were appropriate. I had fresh broccoli, so I used that instead--no problem at all. We ate this dish with a slice of good quality crusty bread with butter on it. It was very satisfying. Another benefit is that this is a really quick to make and healthy dish.

I have to say the dish is delicious and easy to make. I added a small amount of rice to the dish and it all came out perfect. I would recommend this dish to anyone who is a vegan/vegetarian or are looking to become one.

Awesome dish, fast and delish. The frying of paprika in oil with garlic and onions to bring out the flavor totally reminds me of hungarian/balkan cuisine. They call it "zaprska" and it gives stews an incredible flavor. Funny thing is, Indian cuisine has a similar step in cooking, I think they call it "Marsala" where they fry some spices in oil before adding it to a dish.

I made this last night. Super easy, super yummy; the house smelled so good! I had some for lunch, adding nutritional yeast to mellow out the acidic flavor. For dinner, I mixed what was left with some penne in pasta sauce. All three versions were scrumptious!
