This is one of my favorite recipes ever! I actually found it elsewhere and it called for 2/3 cup of sugar (which I substituted with swerve). I found it too sweet so I adjusted it down to 1/2 cup, and it's perfect. I've made it four times already this month, and I found it's possible to just knead it briefly to get the dough to come together, and then press it into a 9x9-in baking pan and make bars. I think I'm always going to keep these around! I also increased the bake time to 40 minutes at 150 C (300 F).

I followed this recipe but left the mix as crumbs. Put in the fridge for 3 hours and then baked as crumbs for 20 mins. It has made wonderful gluten free, wheat free crumble for my guests coming tonight.

Hmmm maybe too much moisture...if you want them crispier, maybe try lowering the oven temp but leaving the cookies in longer. Also have them rest and cool before eating them will help firm them up too😊 Hope it helps!
