مقادير كعكة السيفون : ثلاث بيظات (الصفار ) + نصف ملعقة صغيرة من الفانيلا + ربع ملعقة صغيرة من الملح + ستون غ من السكر + ثمانون مل من الحليب (اللبن ) + مية غ ظحين الخاص بالكعك + نصف ملعقة صغيرة من مسحوق خميرة الخبز او الخميرة الخاصة بالحلويات + اربعون مل من زيت نخالة الارز + بياظ البيظ من الثلاث بيظات سابقا + نصف ملعقة صغيرة من كريم التارتار يمكن استبداله بالليمون يعمل هدا على تثبيت بياظ البيظ بالنسبة لتحظير كريمة الزبدة : مية وخمسين غ من الزبدة المملحة + اربعون غ من السكر توظع الكيكة في درحة مية وستين في مدة مابين ثلاثين وخمسة وثلاثين دقيقة

@@ShortSmack I used 1/4 teaspoon of white vinager instead of cream of tartar and it turned out absolutely perfect.

ฉันลองทำแล้วมันอร่อยมากและนุ่มสุดๆ I tried it and it was super delicious and super soft. This recipe is amazing, it's my favorite cake.
I replaced the cream of tartar with vinegar since it's really hard to get in india. Overall, the cake turned out super fluffy and light. Great recipe 👍❤️

Did you use cake flour? I can’t find cake flour where I live. Is it ok to use self raising flour ? 😊

@@ultramildy you can make your own cake flour at home easily...just take 1 cup of flour then remove 2 tbs of flour from that cup then add 2 tbs of cornstarch/cornflour in the cup & then sift the mixture for at least 3 times or max 5 times...then its readyyy...!!but remember...the measurement should be very accurate..you need to level the flour & starch with the border of the cup & spoon!🙂
