3 has that nostalgia for me. I remember watching it on tv a few times as a kid. It gets a pass from me. Bride of Chucky is such a fun movie. Then it goes down a steep hill after that. The series is better than I thought it would be.

i’ve always had a soft spot for child’s play 3 idk what it is i just like the military vibe of this movie and how angry he looks throughout the whole thing also this is the last classic look of chucky before the stitches.

Nailed it with this video. That paintball scene with the live ammo is the highlight for me, I totally forgot about the barber AKA the dad from Hellraiser being such a freak haha. This was the last one of these I saw (not counting the remake) so going into the sequels is gonna be all new territory for me. Great video!

The original trilogy is and will always be goated. Child’s play 3 is a good film. He was still creepy and menacing in it.

Whenever I went to the video store, Supervideo, when I lived in Minnesota, Child’s Play 3 was always available since it had just come out on VHS. The poster scared the tar out of me lol! I do enjoy the movie but it’s not my favorite. Bride of Chucky is my favorite in the series and I can’t wait to see you cover that movie. Child’s Play 3 is great though and I have fun watching it. Great job man and I’m also enjoying the new episode you and @VeeInfuso did about the WCW Monday Nitro and keep up the great work to both of you guys!

The paintball scene and the grenade scene are what really saves this movie for me. But as an adult, I really do appreciate it, because them throwing together a movie so fast, it could have been horrible but instead it's just okay, bordering on pretty good.

Chucky getting half of his face sliced by a giant animatronic grim reaper is the best scene ever. It was very strange to put Chucky put in military based angle, but it didn't stopped being entertaining.

It’s like Movie companies never learn from there mistakes. If you rush a movie sequel it never turns out good, we’ve seen it with Friday the 13th, A Nightmare on Elm Street, Halloween, somewhat with Scream, I know what you did last Summer. But we all know they only care about the money and not the film or the characters

I remember liking this movie better then 1 as kid mostly because 1 freaked me out as a kid though I guess I saw this movie a little after came out because I remember saying the guy who took the grenade looks like billy from power rangers which I don't think he does now. Though this is the only one of the 3 I haven't gone back and watched

Honestly, I recently stopped liking the Chucky films past part 3. I don't know why but that's what I think. The rest of the movies feel like a completely different universe. I love this movie so much and in my head canon, this is the end of the franchise.

As a kid, I didn’t like this movie but rewatching this movie a few times over the years, I developed an appreciation for this movie because they went outside the box a little bit. Not my favorite in the series but it does have some nice kills and one liners from Chucky.

For the longest time I was always afraid of Chucky especially that burnt scene in the first movie so it wasn't until I got to high school where I finally built up the courage to watch these movies I actually like the 2nd one better than the 1st. the 3rd one when I watch this, my response was "yeah I can see why people don't like this"

I know it’s considered the weakest of the original Childs play trilogy. But I always found this one quite entertaining and enjoyable. Something about Chucky in a military school 😂 oh and his brutal death with that fan! After his face gets sliced off. Really enjoying these scream sequence videos Ian 👍🏻👍🏻

The paintball scene is still unrealistic as a gun that fires simunition needs a conversion kit to fire live ammo. So unless Chucky or someone at rhe academy added conversion kits to all the guns they still wouldn't be capable of firing live ammo.

I love this one. Definitely a guilty pleasure. I watched a lot of movies/tv shows with my sister growing up and Justin Whalin who takes over as Andy Barclay was a favorite recurring actor of ours. I thought he look exactly like how Andy would look at that age. I would agree the opening kill scene in dude’s penthouse/office was peak but man, the amusement park and horror ride at the end was awesome. I like gimmicks in horror sequels (Jason in space, Leprechaun in da hood) and Chucky at a military academy lived up to its premise for me. What could’ve topped it? I tell you… Chucky in a tank! Why is there a tank at a military academy? How’s Chucky driving it? Who’s reloading the gun? Don’t care. I want the Chucky Tank.

One thing that bugs me about this movie is a thing that also bothers me about Halloween 6: both Andy Barclay and Tommy Doyle's older versions are played by dark-haired guys who don't look like they could possibly be the same people as the kids from the respective first movies. I know this seems like a minor thing, so maybe it's just me.

it's better than Seed and the remake, Child'a Play 3 is a fair film, dark, gory. The setting makes it a Campus slasher ( they're always great) 2 IS THE BEST, Curse and Cult are AWESOME, the original is a classic. Andrew Robinson (Barber) was Scorpio in Dirty Harry, Larry in Hellraiser. Mortal Kombat Annihilation is FUN, more an adaption of Mortal Kombat than the 2021 botch

I love child play 3. Its my 3rd fav Un series. Intro and ending are awesome. It could have been better with more production time. Bride was really good but too meta and too much humor. I don't get the hate for child play 3. It's no 2 but I rewatch 3 more than 1. 1 is better but 3 is overlooked.

Literally the worst movie in the franchise - Chucky resurrected due to blood? Asinine. Chucky no longer needing to possess Andy's body and targets someone else? Why didn't he do that In the second movie? All of this taking place at military school? Boring. I always liked "Child's Play 3"... still do. It has a place of prominence in my October playlist. I always found the military academy to be an interesting change of setting. I also like that Chucky had sort of "moved on" from Andy in regards to the curse of Demballa, it has some great kills, some ALL-TIME great Chucky one-liners, and his death scene... just fucking AWESOME! Sure, it's not as good as the original or the first sequel... but how many times has that actually been accomplished? Once? Maybe twice? And I don't think it has EVER been done in the horror genre. Anyway... keep it up, brother. October has been YOUR MONTH so far!
