Whether it is ok or not to steal another's baby or whether CPS has the moral compass or right or oversight to do it just because fourty percent of society says parents are bad and replaceable despite the statistics that show that even bad parents are better than foster care and adoption in terms of outcomes and it would be less taxpayer money to just rehabilitate homes in house than to destroy them 95 percent of the times that CPS butts in when there is actually the possibility of a problem. There is no difference between CPS yanking a kid and kidnapping except the social acceptance of it. And that kidnapper actually had to be better to that little girl because she knew the law was looking for her. CPS is not under any supervision.
