Yngwie has played pretty much the same song, or should I say the same solo throughout his entire career. And this comes from a fan of Yngwie's. He's very skilled technically but doesn't bother to compose a solo, seems to me that he relies on his ability to just produce 'something', meaning fretboard wanking. His latest great album was Magnum Opus, since then he hasn't made any significant albums plus he stopped practicing (bc I know how to play anyway). That's YM for ya! No doubt he was an amazing player back in the 80's, damn he was phenomenal!
@NicholasCorvin4 жыл бұрын
@@Marisolita_95 *"Magnum Opus" was the first Yngwie --album I bought after I discovered and listened to "Vengeance", which was released, before album release, via a "Total Guitar"-Magazine-CD. What about "Alchemy" (1999) featuring the, imo, superb instrumental "Blue"? What about the 2 instrumentals, "Flamenco Diablo" and "Amadeus Quattro Valvole", from the compilation "Anthology 1994-1999"? "What about the track "Spellbound"? "What about the tracks "Into Valhalla" and "Arpeggios From Hell" from the album "Relentless"?*
