Mmmmm!!! I’m getting so hungry watching this. I wish I was with those kids there. Japanese life is amazing! Lots of value, appreciation for life, responsibilities, and health. The food prep for the kids is just one example of this out of many.
Looks better and more nutritional than American school food. Lol

I think it's important for everyone to think about where the children are. I think that if food, clothing, housing and one more fun in everyday life, I think I can find happiness by myself. Money always holds a weakness and loses. However, expression makes people passively learn their hearts. There are many tips for children's growth that can also help adults grow. It's important. ( Personal opinion)

So this is an after school program for kids waiting for their parents to pick them up after work? Or a luncheon school program? I'm kinda lost here but it's cool that the ladies are helping to feed the kids and the kids have somewhere safe to go before their parents pick em up.

The video was taken at the "Nishinari Children's Cafeteria" run by Ms. Yasuko Kawabe (the lady in the pink t-shirt) of a non-profit organization called "Nishinari Child Care Center" in Osaka's Nishinari Ward. The cafeteria provides free meals three times a week to elementary, junior high, and senior high school students and other children. Most of the children who come to the cafeteria are from low-income households, including single-parent families, who live around the ward.
