Changing the face of working in Japan. One dish at a time. Loving and kind and caring and thoughtful but still doing good hard work. Doing work that you love not because you have to, but because you want to. So huge shift of thinking and being. I’d love to visit and eat it - looks delicious.
I really loved hearing the staff get so genuine and emotional about their positive experiences here. Seeing multiple part-timers who've worked there for more than a couple years endorse their experience as employees makes me want to be a customer!! (Also, of course the food makes me want to be a customer! xP)

Ive come to notice that Japanese people really love cabbage. Alot of streetfood\traditional japanese food has cabbage in it! Interresting.
Aside from their dedication for making amazing food environment. The manager and employees have obviously form a family bond, which is rare these days. Which there would be a toxic individual in a workplace. It’s wholesome to see their togetherness

So simple - meat, cabbage, rice. And getting it exactly right day after day, at that scale. Impressive.
A lot of hard work there cutting all of that cabbage! Teamwork makes the dream work!

Very nice video! Unfortunately, I live in San Diego, California and can't get to the restaurant, but it is great to know that I can buy their Furikake Spice Mix!!!

Wow, that’s a lot of cabbage. Great video! I have to say chopping that cabbage has a very comforting sound, could set that alone on repeat and go to sleep.

"When it gets busy, everyone pulls the same rope!!" I like that very much!!! Aloha from Hawaii!!!
That's huge portion for one person, they even put alot of meat. It looks like a comfort food even tho just meat and cabbage, looks delicious! The work environment also feels warm ❤
It seems like Fukuoka has some of the best food in Japan! You don't hear about it enough from a lot of the Japan travel videos, but I really hope to travel there one day!

YES! Fukuoka and Sapporo are said to be the two most delicious cities in Japan! You should absolutely visit sometime and try the food yourself! Everything's so good and comparably cheap too!

Yes. Fukuoka has some damn good food. There's this udon chain in Fukuoka called ”West Udon” or ウイスト・うどん that's probably my favorite udon/soba chain in Japan. Their kakiage is amazing and the udon has the nicest, chewy texture. Also, don't forget to visit the yatais around Tenjin station. Just come like early evening, cause the office people come in droves after work (around 7 pm-ish onwards).

Well, Fukuoka is home to the most famous ramen chain in Japan and presumably one of the most famous ramen styles in the world, so, you should definitely visit while you're in Japan.

Thats what you call teamwork. They can carry their own weight and others if they need to. The manager has management skills. But is a proven leader with how hes able to help his crew, and they trust him. Outstanding stuff guys, the food looks great 👍 as well.
