Hi everyone!
We are back with a new recipe of Chili Chicken. Chili Chicken/Chicken Chilli is a Indo-Chinese recipe served widely as starter in lot of restaurants all over Nepal and India. Chilli Chicken is a bit spicy but delicious to taste and easy to make.
Watch the video til end and follow the instructions. You will be delighted to see the result. Try this mouth watering recipe of chili chicken at home and enjoy with family and friends. Don`t forget to give us your feedback. Here is the complete list of the ingredients used in this recipe.
List of Ingredients:
Marination:
800gm Chicken Breast or Thigh - Cut into bite size pieces
1 and 1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
1 table spoon Soy Sauce
1 Egg to help coating stick to chicken
1and 1/2 tablespoon Corn flour
1and 1/2 tablespoon Rice Flour
Sauce:
1 and 1/2 table spoon Ketchup
1 table spoon Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Chili Sauce- Sriracha/ Sambal OR any of your favorite chili sauce
1 tea spoon Sugar
Fry:
1 tablespoon Oil
1 teaspoon Garlic - Roughly chopped
1 teaspoon Ginger sliced
1 Medium Bell Pepper
1 Medium Onion
3-4 Green chilies
Few Green Onion - Chopped - For Garnish
White Sesame for garnish

I followed your recipe and made it at home. I don't like ketchup, but I still used it to see how it would turn out and it was unexpectedly good. I did not add sugar nor soy sauce at the end. The dish turned out to be so much better than I expected and I loved it. Thanks for sharing your recipe

I use a little bit of ketchup at the end to balance the chili and get a bit sweetness. If you don`t like avoid it
