You've gotta try Pambazo at more places, that one was just an introduction! Usually completely soaked and dripping in the guajillo (gwah-he-oh) salsa/lard. You're right, it is similar to the base salsa/oil that goat/beef is braised in to make Birria, but not as many herbs and usually only guajillo.

I went there once or twice. While I enjoyed it, there's so many good Mexican places out on Dixie, it's hard to make it to all of them regularly.

Wow, that looks really good. A lot of what makes a restaurant enjoyable is the attention to detail. Super clean. Food area neat, organized and food tended to so it stays fresh. The offering of both Coke and Pepsi is also very savvy. A lot of thought went into this place. Nice to see a really good selection of several foods. Well done.❤👍

REALLY enjoy your videos man. Live down here in Bowling Green but from Louisville area (Mt Washington) If ever have a chance, Geno’s Italian Deli is worthy of a trip. Awesome gyros, homemade breads for their fresh sandwiches. Amazing sides, desserts. Great friendly service. Worthy of a few 2x snapping turtles in these!
