Loved the music! Review was great, too. I've made baklava before, and it's mostly layers of filo dough with chopped nuts, sugar, some spices and sometimes a little bread crumb. Then it's just layer after layer brushed with butter, then syrup poured over after it's baked.

In a comment made by someone else he mentioned baklava and it's very good if not excellent and excellent value but he mentioned kebob house but he doesn't mention where is this place could be anywhere but where is the question? It's very vague be more specific in the location could be in the middle east for all we know Europe Asia Africa Latin America but I just watch as it's very interesting because many people like to eat it because they put a piece of bread on the top and when I was growing up my mom would make lamb kebobs with vegetables and serve it with vegetable pilaf excellent meal off the grill and in the APPLE they also serve it with Taziki dressing which is sour cream and grated cucumber and dill good snack with something to drink and it's good in the summer in the park or on the beach either which way and listen to music good hot appetizer with a potato salad or anything for that matter just eat and enjoy away from work time to rest and think about things

Hi i am from the U.K England . My housband is a Greek Cypriot . He is a chef . We noticed that these arabic people who run this place , served greek salad . Also , they served Gyros and tatzike . I must put them and you right , that these items are all greek and not arabic . Tatzike is from Greece ,the greek islands and Cyprus as well . The Gyros is authenticly greek and exclusive to Greece, the Greek islands and Cyprus and i can tell you straght that it looks nothing like what was served on your friends plate . Greek salad , well thete are many verietys and they can veary from Greece the main land to the Greek islands and Cyprus also . What i do not like is the fact that some arabs are trying to rip off the American public by stealing the identity of Greek food and some how , dome way , passing it off as arabic . How sad !!! These people have no real food to call thier own , they just pick other countries foods and pretend its arabic . Many thanks 😊👍🏻

In this part of the video this place is not really to big with not to many seats and basically no customers so it's not really to popular ad it's usually around middle east food like tagine and couscous and kufta and I like middle east food like curry and chutney usually mango as I have some at home but I have other things as well different hot sauces from Asian to Indian except Tabasco which I don't like because there is to much vinegar and I am very picky about what I eat

I think you miss the flavor of the food from different places by only wanting to prove you can take the heat

@@goodallscountrykitchen point was nothing to your paying it was too your about to eat hot food please don't be insulted I am still enjoying your videos I just wish you wouldn't have to prove you can and will take the heat of every cultures cuisine. I meant not to insult you and fully expect you to do what you want, I was surprised that was the come back you had to my observation tho. I never expected you to tell me you do what you want, of course you do as should we all. But it seems I got a nerve I was not aimed at and I apologize if it upset you and feel like it absolutely did for the way you replied. So thank you and I enjoyed the many many videos I watched until now
@goodallscountrykitchen2 ай бұрын
@@karenpowers8452 I’m not insulted. I didn’t mean for my reply to come off that way. I have a simple platform and most folks don’t really care for it, mainly because I do what I want and eat what I like it. My channel started out as home movies with my family that as we were eating at places on vacations and places around our home in Louisville. Then Covid hit and I decided to try and help out local family owned restaurants. I did/do this while doing things that come natural to me. I don’t play act or rehearse anything. I do things my own way which is mostly not proper in most peoples opinions. I have tons of people that make suggestions about just everything I have done, to my table manners, putting hot sauce on everything before I taste it, not showing the menu, not talking negative about places, talking too much…….etc. I do appreciate suggestions, but 99% of the time people don’t like it because I refuse to change anything I do, unless I’m doing something that particularly offends someone. That rarely ever happens. I try and keep everything positive. If I have a negative experience, I simply scrap the video and move on. I hope this is a better worded reply. I’m not offended. I have thick skin and am use to people trying to insult me, which I know you are not trying to do by the way. I guess a more simple reason I have to have everything hot is because that’s the way I was raised and I am addicted to spicy hot flavor.
@karenpowers84522 ай бұрын
@@goodallscountrykitchen than you and I want to say I have loved all your videos I really have enjoyed and actually learned from then. I never meant to disrespect you I only meant that as a hot spicy food lover as well that I feel when you tell them they can't out heat you that or seems like you don't appreciate their authentic heat and tops of heat they bring it's the way you say you can't out hate me you can't make it too hot for me that makes them seem like that they don't understand that just the type of heat that their food generally comes with on a day-to-day basis what they eat so I apologize and I never meant to insult you at all I have enjoyed your videos very very much been watching them pretty much non-stop for two or three days but coming from the Appalachian mountains and again a lover of heat myself I just felt like it's it seemed that you were always challenging everyone's heat level to their culture of food so I am sorry and I do appreciate that you have haters jumping on everything you do that was never my intent so again I apologize

Your videos are definitely informative and highlight some local places, but they don’t really qualify as “reviews”. You order food, eat, and go on and on about how good EVERYTHING is, EVERYWHERE you visit. That’s just not realistic and seems inauthentic. I’d love to see you ACTUALLY review these places. “Too salty, greasy fries, small portions for the price, didn’t love that, wouldn’t recommend” or even an authentic # ranking (2/5, 5/5, 👎🏼). A review isn’t a review unless you review it…just saying everything is great is misleading.
@goodallscountrykitchen11 ай бұрын
You obviously haven’t watched many of my videos. I don’t upload a video unless it is good. If it’s not good I scrap the video and move on. That’s why I do a lot of research before I go to a place. I’m not going to run anybody down and try and run them out of business. They can do that on their own. I keep it positive but there are standards that have to be met before a place makes it on my channel. My format is unique in the fact that I will not play to an audience that lives negativity. Thanks for the input and reminder I need to do my periodic explanation for new viewers.

@@shopcatt643 thanks for the back up. It wasn’t the first and won’t be the last. I Not going to take up time every video explaining my video qualifying format. I could sell out and have a bigger audience if I bashed people from time to time, but that’s not my style.
