This looks like a nice road with great scenery. I know action cameras never seem to capture the true scale of a scene. Arizona is definitely some place I would like to ride at some point. I’ve been there a handful of times, but I’ve never ridden a bike there. I like that you mention the road conditions and where one can expect more road debris. I always appreciate that kind of information if I’m considering riding on a new route. The standard aspect ratio for KZbin is 16:9. If you’re using a GoPro you can change your lens setting to either “wide” or “superview” to capture a greater area. I typically use “superview”. Also, if you’re using a GoPro be sure whichever mic you get has a TRS connector and I highly recommend using a “dead cat” on the mic to help cut down on wind noise. A chin curtain for your helmet is also helpful for reducing wind hitting the mic. I hope at least some of that information is helpful. Unfortunately my knowledge is limited to my experience with GoPro cameras.

Thanks for the reply. It is a very nice road. I try to ride it 2 or 3 times a month when the weather is nice. Hopefully you can ride it or drive it the next time you are in the Phoenix area. I got a microphone, but I haven't had a chance to try it. Hopefully it works well. And I tried the 16:9 setting on the GoPro, but the way I have the camera installed on my helmet It didn't show much above the windshield. I have a short video showing it installed on my Shoei. It is pretty tight to the chin and I can't rotate it back any farther. I actually like the 8:9 setting the I've been using. Have a good one.
