the kid didn't choke on a starfish, the assistant came in and pulled it out of his mouth, then after the dentist was done he was warned about birds so he scared the pigeons and then the pigeons fly up scaring a guy working a crane (BAM into the window) which caused him to drop the giant sheet of glass that was being lifted up and the sheet of glass fell on the kid splattering him everywhere
