@@TENZEN._. wow! Great question, so hard to give it a one cheese answer though. Because there are different cheeses for different foods. However, a sharp cheddar, Colby, Gouda, Swiss, blue are definitely at the top. Fresh cheese curds are to literally (ok figuratively) die for.

@@PaulJMcSorley Oh, yea, my friend! All of those cheeses are delicious! Blue cheese, I’m not sure if i had that one. It has a distinct flavor & let’s you know it’s there, if I remember correctly. I’m sure taste maybe subjective but cheese is DELICIOUS. I also like fresh mozzarella & provolone. 👊😄
