That's just a Tesla Plaid stripped plus vinyl wrap. Try carbon doors, bonnet, fenders and trunk, lexan windows or something.

Ur getting the motors, controllers, and bat cells too hot in the burnout that's why the ecu is either pulling power or the mere additional resistance in the circuits is not letting the power to the wheels by thr 1/8th

@@shorty808100 that's true on previous iterations of the car, but the Plaid will still run low 9's at 50% charge, and high 9's at 20% charge. Each run uses about 2.5% - 3% of the battery, so you can do a lot of passes before you lose much.

I'm almost sure the batteries are connected in parallel, and 1020 hp is limited by how much juice they can provide (the installed motors are 3 x 400 hp = 1200 hp). Cut battery in half = cut available power in half.

Try to keep the batteries cool. Charging can raise the temperature a lot. Have at least a decent break after it to let the batteries cool down. They love to be between 20 and 35 degree celsius. protip: hungry wifeys are good for your racewheight by eating all food you might be able to reach before you do ;-)
