Some people called him the “King of Unpopular Opinions” since he did videos like “Johnny Test: The World’s Most Overhated Cartoon” (which it no longer is plus he did give it a 5/10, not finding it to be good as a whole, but finding it to be exaggerated that a lot of people hate it so much they’d think a 3/10 is too generous, but I digress”, “I Was Wrong About Thundercats Roar” (yes, I kid you not, that was a thing, but what about its predecessors from the 1980s and early 2010s?! Everyone knows they are so much better!)”, “Why Fanboy and Chum-Chum is an Underrated Classic” and to top it all off, a positive review of SpongeBob’s spin-offs where he has to defend the over-saturation of the SpongeBob franchise rather than realize that whether Stephen Hillenburg really asked for it or not, because of their overall quality (especially Kamp Koral and The Sandy Cheeks Movie and potentially The Plankton Movie).

The SpongeBob Movie Search for SquarePants is a film about SpongeBob and his friends going to the deepest parts of the ocean to take on the Flying Dutchman. The director is Derek Drymon who was in the creative position of SpongeBob from 1999-2004. He made some concept art as well.

What i would do for a Spongebob movie is an adventure with him and Squidward. Maybe we can see the squid's family in another part of the ocean? His parents could be super strict and pushed him to be a clarinet player but he never got this job; Squidward is ashamed of telling the truth. Spongebob can comfort him with bubbles, they can see the sunset together. Add hawaian music, 2D animation, a nice message about family. That would make a good movie 🙂

I’m gonna have to strongly disagree with your opinion on SpongeBob in this movie. He’s incredibly obnoxious and out of character, flanderised to the max, and has some very questionable lines and moments throughout. For the first time ever I found myself actually getting annoyed at his presence on screen. It’s one of the first things I sensed were extremely off during my watch.

Not really, I mean sure they were friends at birth, but there is still a gap there. Spoiler alert! My bet... Plankton befriended/invented Karren sometime after meeting Krabs. Sense she was starting out as a separant digital database at the time. Anywhoh, after Plankton felt betrayed by Krabs he swore revenge and left, but feeling hungry and alone he decided to return home. In time he forgot about his argument with Krabs (spending 4 years at college) until their reunion when he shows up at his restaurant later on in life. At least that is what I choose to believe...

I actually watched the Plankton Movie and it was really great! I won't spoil anything for you or anyone but All I'll say is that it's really Good!
