Same in China, these are not allowed on city roads. These are called "老头乐", which means, "make old men happy". They only drive in villages or anywhere with no traffic cam or police. The only function of this toy is to bring the old farmer from the living room to a fishing spot. They are just E-wheelchairs with doors, so the driver doesn't feel old. 😅
