Whenever China and Russia develop a new jet fighter, many Americans react negatively, leaving unthoughtful comments. There's a prevalent belief that only the U.S. is capable of producing advanced technology. However, if you visit China, you'll see how modern and developed their cities are compared to some American cities that appear underdeveloped. Many Americans still consider China to be stuck in the past, but in reality, they have surpassed the U.S. in various areas of development. If you look on KZbin, you'll be amazed at how advanced Chinese cities look compared to those in America. The U.S. military's superiority is largely due to its enormous budget. If China and Russia invested as much in their military as the U.S. does, they would likely be much more advanced.

I think the U.S. military made a big mistake in not requiring the Navy variant to have two engines. While it halves the maintenance requirements engine wise. In combat operations, if those planes sustaine engine damage. That is a wrap for that plane and potentially the pilot. Some desk jockey number cruncher somewhere saw a saving in the cost column and made a recommendation that will cost planes and pilots when we get into a high sortie combat scenario.

At least the J35 isn't a turkey like the F35, mostly to accommodate the VTOL (so that it can perform at airshows).

F35 has 1 engine for a reason

F-35 was developed by Lockheed and Russia's yakovlev X-35, Lockheed wanted harrier but contracted to Boeing x-32, Soyuz helped Pratt and Whitney with F135-PW-100 engine.

The flight control surfaces look nearly identical. The whole plane would look nearly identical if they hadn't flattened the fuselage.

Going from single engine to twin engine changes EVERYTHING I’m taking a degree in aerodynamics and oh boy do things change.. weight distribution.. agility.. aerodynamic.. fuel capacity and more 😂😅 funny how people jump to conclusions 😂

The Chinese aircraft have taken advantage of both Soviet engineering systems and American stealth technology, plus their own avionics and radar, and excellent missiles, and there is no doubt that they have gone their own way and have taken the lead

The mix of f22 and f35 is genius but they would still lose in a dog fight
@joelau2383Ай бұрын
Of course J-35 will lose in dogfight, because it only carry BVR missiles in weapon. It doesn't have gun or dogfight missile to play a dogfight.

Man China's tech is becoming more interesting than America's. Like now they have the same stuff but china also has laser rifles

reverse engineering is a skillful and labor-intensive process that involves much more than copying-it requires deciphering, interpreting, and sometimes reimagining complex designs.

I am curious about the engines. Are they Pratt or GE design? GE has variable stator vains, which can prevent compressor stalls during high-speed transitions. Data that would imply capability and collusion.
