Hope China has policies within its financial involvements with African countries that cuts out corruption by some African government officials. They give out about Aid, give out about not getting Aid, blame everything on others and the Past, how long have African countries been independent and they still can't feed, educate, provide proper medical treatments, no clean water. No electricity or sanitation, constant famine, civil wars, military coups, burning people alive, rape and crime out of control, cannibalism is a acceptable in some places but yet it's all someone else fault. Africa isn't the only place that was colonised , there was places colonised alot earlier and a lot longer than Africa that got their independence a few decades earlier or around the same time and they seem to be able to have functioning countries, leaders that don't lie, cheat, steal and embezzle billions, infrastructure, sanitation, education, work force, healthcare, childcare, law enforcement, anti corruption etc and yet African countries can't seem to do the same as countless other countries that were colonised and just want to blame everyone else, get hand outs and then when they are questioned say "Oh the west or France or Britain or The U.S. or someone else is responsible for it because we are eternal victim's and won't address the issues that are actually holding our country back"
