Ingredients :
What you need for a large bowl of salad:
1 Chinese cabbage
1 bunch of spring onions
100 g sliced almonds
2-3 tablespoons sesame
2 teaspoons broth (dry)
125 g mie noodles (do not boil!!)
some margarine
For the sauce:
1/2 cup sugar. or 3 -4 tbsp
1/4 cup vinegar 3 tbsp
3/4 cup oil. 12-13 tbsp
2 tablespoons soy sauce
If you can also use less sugar, you have to try it.
Boil the ingredients for the sauce the day before, allow to cool and fill into a bottle. (The sauce is also enough for 2 heads of Chinese cabbage and can be kept for about 2 weeks.)
Slightly brown the chopped noodles with almonds and sesame seeds with some margarine. Sprinkle some broth (dry) over it.
On the day of the celebration, cut the Chinese cabbage into strips, cut the onions into fine rings and place in a large bowl with the lid on.
10 minutes before I serve the salad, I add the sauce (shake well) and the mixture to the salad.
Mix well.
The sauce and the mixture will keep for 1-2 weeks without any problems.
Enjoy the meal!
Super tasty for grilling.
