The Philippines respects China's maritime rights and EEZ within 200 miles from its mainland as per UNCLOS therefore China also should respect the Philippines EEZ and return all the shoals it has grabbed from the Philippines including all artificial islands that was cunningly made into military bases. It should also pay the Philippines for damaging the natural ecosystem of those shoals.

It's egregious to assert claim over territories you don't want to live in and whose people you look down on or hate. Arunachal Pradesh is so neglected in terms of development and the people are discriminated against. That was pure greed on Iraq's part, the same attitude being exhibited by China now!
