Kung mahilig sa chinese cuisine, siguradong magugustuhan ninyo to! #Simpol Stir-Fried Beef with Mixed Vegetables! Magugustuhan ng buong pamilya, hahanap-hanapin pa! Luto na!
Ingredients:
Marinate
- 250g Beef strips
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 2 tbsp Water
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Cornstarch
Sauce
- 1 ⅓ cup Water
- 4 tbsp Hoisin sauce
- 4 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp Sriracha
- 4 tbsp Sugar
- ¼ cup Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Cornstarch
Saute
- 2 pcs White Onion
- 1 pc Red bell pepper
- 1 pc Green bell pepper
- 1 can straw Mushroom
- 3 cloves Garlic Sliced
- 2 tbsp Ginger Sliced
- ¼ cup Dried Chili
- ⅓ cup Carrot Sliced
- 1 can Young Corn
Finish with Sesame Oil
Garnish
- Peanut
- Onion leeks

Hi chef! This looks good for tomorrow’s lunch. You can’t go wrong with beef and veggies I made your din tai fung tonight and my family enjoyed it. Have you tried Yellow Bird blue agave sriracha? It’s sweeter compared to the original Thai version but equally good (in my opinion), so no need to add sugar.
