Mine looks fine but I still get that error. It was after we came back from sailing. Thought maybe water got into it but I didn't see any. Maybe the atomizer screen is clogged up or something? Voltage should be fine, it was fine the last week.

Have you’ve checked the continuity of the Glow Plug?

I just installed my heater the other day. It turned on once with no issues. Then I tried turning it on the 2nd time and I keep getting error 03. I purchased a new glow plug and replaced it and I continue to get the error code. Any recommendations for troubleshooting? I’ve also contacted the seller for assistance. Still waiting on reply.

Did you get a reply? I did. They simply gave me Hermes phone number!! Great. I since tried priming the pump because just filled it up and thought maybe some air got in, as I was doing it I saw smoke coming from the air outlet, and noticed the fan was not running, so I think mine is Kaput. Straight from China so not much chance of getting any refund. I see there are some UK sites selling these with a warranty so, although if you are reading this it means you have already bought one, choose your seller well.

Did you get it working? I’ve had the same issue. Started fine during priming Now E-03. I replaced the glow plug but nothing.

I get an E03 code when I plug it in to electricity, but it works fine when connected to a car battery. Any idea why that is.

What is the size of the socket for the glow plug

Most likely a 12mm

When you open the basket with the 4 hex screws you can also use a normal wrench to lose the glow plug

Hey guys, I just bought my diesel heater last night and I installed it and worked perfectly. But today it showed error E 03. Do I really have to change the plug when the heater is new???

Battery shows 12.6Volt. What do u mean by fuel? Is the filter/pump maybe installed wrong?

@@redle9485 I have the same problem, ran a tank of fuel through with no problems, re-filled it and now have E03. Can't believe its the glow plug after 10 hours running full blast. tried it with 12.5 volts andd 14.2 volts, same problem. If anyone figures this out or gets a reply from china please do post on here. Great video Mark.

It could be because you don’t have a battery in line so when the kill switch is used while the unit is still working the heat will fry your motherboard

E-8 code,diesel is also going right threw heater and coming out heater port,sware sware sware, its a brand new heater and a second one to boot

i have E - 03 error code on new Vevor heater straight out of the box . messaged seller see what happens. i have a max speeding heater no issues

The vector heaters are crap. I have had nothing but issues using mine for the past 5 months. I wonder if other brands are betternot sure if I want to chance waisting more money, might just suck it up and go with a direct vent propane unit, wlthought I'll be at the mercies of costco since propane any where else is way too expensive.
